The adaptive reuse of two blocks of 19th Century commercial buildings as a mixed use development (retail with offices on the upper floors) will contribute to the renaissance of Wilmington’s historic Ships Tavern District. The owner obtained Historic Tax Credits for the rehabilitation of the 300 Block, which included full window replacement and masonry repairs.
